Core Objective

Our core objective is to make sure our clients properties are monitored while they are away. To give peace of mind to our clients while their properties are vacant and to reassure that the property is ready to be enjoyed by the owners upon their return. We are here to help our clients whether it’s their second home, living abroad experience, or they are just out of town for a period of time. Cabo Property Watch can set up a detailed program specifically designed for each individual client.

Services

Basic Inspection Package

We conduct a 22 point inspection of the clients property. Beginning with a complete walk around the exterior of the property on every visit checking for any damage or signs of forced entry. Ground level visual observation of any storm damage, broken windows, vandalism, and structural issues.
We also check the interior of the property for any issues that might arise.

Inspections and Reports

We will perform scheduled inspections of your property, either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly when you are not at your property. We can do inspections after each rain or storm. Standards and checklists are in place for all inspections, observations, and issues are reported to you. Pictures can also be sent directly to you on each inspection if required.

Utility Bills & Expenses
We can pay your utility bills and expenses for you while you are away.

Hurricane & Storm
We can check on your property before and after bad weather hits.

Automobile Service
We can start, run, short drive your vehicle while you are away.

Cat Watch Service

Need someone to check in on your cat(s) while you’re away? We can have an animal-loving cat sitter stop by to give your cat food, water, and all the attention and love it needs. To ensure you can enjoy your time away to the fullest, we can provide daily updates including photos, accommodate schedule changes, and can accommodate last-minute requests.
